For those who don’t know me, let me introduce myself and share what MC Wellness & Aesthetics is all about.

I’m a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 25 years in healthcare, including the past six years as an NP and four years as a primary care provider. I loved caring for my patients in primary care—but I always felt there wasn’t enough time to truly get to the root of their concerns.

That’s why I created MC Wellness & Aesthetics—a place where care is personalized, empowering, and built around you. I work with both women and men navigating changes in hormones, energy, weight, mood, sleep, and confidence — but I have a special focus on supporting women through the often-overlooked perimenopausal and menopausal years.

I’ve navigated many of these changes myself and know how transformative it is to have care that meets you where you are.

I offer hormone optimization (including testosterone therapy for men and women), thyroid health, weight management, mind-body wellness, and aesthetics—because sometimes feeling your best includes smoothing a few wrinkles too.

Hormone optimization and medical weight loss services are now available through convenient remote telehealth. In-person appointments, including aesthetic treatments, IV infusions and body composition analysis, will begin August 2025.
