At MC Wellness, we use a structured Hormone Optimization Pathway to ensure your care is thorough, safe, and individualized.
This approach moves beyond simply “checking levels.”
Instead, we build a comprehensive plan focused on symptom relief, long-term health protection, and improved quality of life.
How it Works
Comprehensive Women's Hormone Evaluation | $425
Your comprehensive evaluation includes two dedicated provider visits: an in-depth initial consultation and a 30-minute results review and personalized treatment-planning visit.
This comprehensive evaluation is designed for women experiencing symptoms such as brain fog, weight gain, low libido, fatigue, mood changes, sleep disruptions, or suspected hormone changes, including women in their 30s experiencing changing cycles or symptoms.
This is for women navigating perimenopause or menopause and those considering hormone therapy, or women currently receiving hormone therapy or transferring care.
Once you book your appointment, you'll receive detailed intake forms to complete prior to your visit. This allows us to better understand your symptoms, medical history, medications, previous treatments, and health goals before we meet.
During your initial consultation, we'll discuss your concerns in detail and determine what additional evaluation or laboratory testing may be appropriate for you.
Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing is not always required but may be recommended to better understand your symptoms and help identify other conditions that can mimic or contribute to hormone-related changes.
When recommended, labs may be drawn during your initial visit through our cash-pay partner laboratory, or you may choose to receive a lab order to complete testing at an outside laboratory of your choice.
Laboratory testing is additional and is not included in the $425 evaluation fee.
Results Review & Treatment Planning | 30 Minutes | Included
If laboratory testing is completed, you will typically return approximately one week later for a dedicated 30-minute provider visit to review your results, discuss treatment options, and develop your personalized treatment plan. Prescription therapy may be initiated when clinically appropriate.
Your results-review and treatment-planning visit is included in your $425 evaluation fee.
Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) Formerly known as PCOS
PMOS Comprehensive Evaluation | $425
For women experiencing irregular or absent cycles, acne, unwanted facial or body hair, hair thinning, difficulty with weight management, insulin resistance, fertility concerns, or other hormonal and metabolic symptoms.
Your evaluation includes an in-depth review of your menstrual and health history, symptoms, previous testing, medications, and individual goals. Your provider will recommend appropriate laboratory testing and develop a personalized approach to your hormonal and metabolic health. This also includes a 2nd dedicated 30 minute lab review and treatment planning visit if needed.
*Laboratory testing is separate and individualized based on your clinical needs.

Do you take insurance?
No. MC Wellness is a cash-pay practice and does not contract with insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt or superbill for you to submit to your insurance or HSA/FSA administrator for potential reimbursement.
What if I am transferring care and already on hormone therapy?
Patients who are stable and optimized should book a focused hormone consult.
Do you prescribe pellets?
Yes. Pellet therapy is one of several hormone replacement options available within the Hormone Optimization Pathway.
Pellet insertion is considered an add-on procedural service and is $375 on the day of the procedure. The medication is included in this fee. The in-office procedure typically takes 20–30 minutes.
Hormone pellets are small, slow-release implants placed just beneath the skin. They deliver a steady, consistent dose of estradiol and/or testosterone over several months.
Dosing is individualized based on your age, menopausal stage, symptoms, laboratory findings, and overall health history.
Pellet therapy is discussed and determined within the context of your full evaluation and is not initiated without completion of the structured pathway and appropriate risk assessment.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $50 deposit is required at booking and is applied toward your pathway fee. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please review our full office and financial policies for additional details.
