A comprehensive visit to review your symptoms, medical history, and goals. Based on clinical findings, we'll develop a personalized care plan, which may include testosterone therapy If appropriate.
*Ongoing care is managed through our Testosterone Optimization Membership.
How it Works
Step 1. Book Your Evaluation
Once you book, you'll receive your intake forms to complete before your first appointment.
Step 2. Assessment & Labs
Meet with our clinical RN for your baseline labs, vitals, and InBody® body composition assessment. (Please come fasted)
Step 3. Meet With Your Provider
Approximately one week later, you'll return for a comprehensive review of your symptoms and lab results and receive your personalized treatment plan.
Step 4. Begin Your Treatment
If treatment is clinically appropriate, we'll discuss your options and begin treatment. You'll also choose the ongoing care option that best fits your needs.
Step 5. Follow-Up & Optimization
After starting treatment, you'll typically follow up in approximately 6–8 weeks, or sooner if clinically indicated, to assess your response and make adjustments as needed.
MC Wellness is a private-pay practice. Prescription medications, additional laboratory testing, procedures, and specialty treatments are separate unless specifically stated. All treatments and prescriptions are provided only when clinically appropriate following a complete medical evaluation.
A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is applied to your visit if you attend or reschedule within 48 hours, and is non-refundable for late cancellations, no-shows, or if not rebooked within 90 days.

Can you help with weight loss and body composition?
Yes. Metabolic health and body composition are an important part of our approach to men's health. When appropriate, your treatment plan may include nutrition and lifestyle support, medical weight management, or GLP-1 therapy.
Additional medications and weight management services are separate from the $295 evaluation.
