Ongoing Care
After your consultation and lab review, eligible patients may enroll in our Testosterone Optimization Membership, which includes:
• Weekly in-office testosterone injections or a take-home prescription when appropriate
• Adjunct medications (such as anastrozole) if clinically indicated
• Scheduled follow-up visits
• Dose adjustments as needed
• Routine lab monitoring
• Secure messaging access during business hours
Membership details are reviewed during your visit so we can tailor a plan that aligns with your health goals and lifestyle.
Labs
Affordable, cash-pay labs are available through Access Labs drawn at MC Wellness:
Baseline TRT Panel – $100-$125
Comprehensive Men’s Health Panel – $150-$175
Labs are typically checked at baseline, 8–12 weeks after starting therapy, then every 6 months once stable.
*Lab panels are billed separately. If you prefer, a lab order can be provided and you may use your insurance at an outside lab of your choice.

Pellet Insertion

Includes consultation, sterile procedure, pellet insertion, and follow-up support.
Pellets are placed on average every 4-6 months.
For safety and best results, all pellet patients must complete an initial consultation and baseline labs prior to their first procedure, and repeat labs prior to any follow-up insertion.
